Unsexy but perfectly adequate MacroEcon 101. Illustrates theories by drawing on 20C history of changes in US economic policies. (Prof. Navarro himself inclines towards monetarism - IMHO, but I might be wrong.) 80% of the grade is in the final exam, so the (extensive) 11 weekly quizzes are intended more for learning than grading. (Course would be perfect for a real-world self-study group!) I needed a course to cover the basics and plug my gaps. This did the job nicely.
