Of the handful of nutrition courses offered via Coursera, this one is my fave. No nonsense and clear presentation that moves at a good pace. A lot of helpful information that is derived from solid scientific studies.
Unreliable info, it's mostly propaganda for the large commercial food interests such as grain and dairy. Claims to be "evidence-based" but many statements are made that have no studies supporting them, while forum threads by those who disagree give lots of studies supporting their side.
